I want to thank PJR for the work they have done on site. They have been great and the grass looks better for it. If we need further help in the future, we will definitely use them again.

As managing agents of a small block of flats in the Rayleigh area, we have contracted out the property maintenance work to PJR Services and have been very pleased with their work which keeps the communal gardens and internal areas of the block looking smart. We have found PJR Services to be reliable and responsive to the cleaning and gardening works required.
PJR Services have been the groundsmen at Walsingham House for over 10 years, and in that time have undertaken significant planting and development in the grounds to make them much more presentable, Paul has a real heart for gardening and landscaping, and a good visual sense of what makes a garden work, as well as being open to direction and suggestions.

PJR Services have been contracted to 1St Rayleigh since the summer of 2018 and performed all tasks and requests to an excellent standard, and undertaken keyholder training as part of his service to relieve the voluntary leaders and committee from inconvenience. Any requests or last-minute tasks have been also been attended to without hesitation, and his service has been, and remains both honest and reliable.
PJR Services have been providing a regular, professional cleaning and maintenance service to us for over 8 years and have been maintaining the grounds for over 10. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul and the team who have been on-hand to offer us extra assistance prior to events or who respond to our emergency call-outs for issues often outside of their remit. Our cleaning contract is regularly reviewed and revised where extra attention is needed and the team’s ‘can-do’ attitude and prompt response means we are very happy to recommend their services.
