Pukkahouse Property

As managing agents of a small block of flats in the Rayleigh area, we have contracted out the property maintenance work to PJR Services and have been very pleased with their work which keeps the communal gardens and internal areas of the block looking smart. We have found PJR Services to be reliable and responsive to the cleaning and gardening works required.

PJR Services have been the groundsmen at Walsingham House for over 10 years, and in that time have undertaken significant planting and development in the grounds to make them much more presentable, Paul has a real heart for gardening and landscaping, and a good visual sense of what makes a garden work, as well as being open to direction and suggestions.

1st Rayleigh Scout Group

This letter is composed in recommendation of Paul at PJR Services thanks to his cleaning work at 1st Rayleigh Scout Group.

PJR Services have been contracted to 1St Rayleigh since the summer of 2018 and performed all tasks and requests to an excellent standard, and undertaken keyholder training as part of his service to relieve the voluntary leaders and committee from inconvenience. Any requests or last-minute tasks have been also been attended to without hesitation, and his service has been, and remains both honest and reliable.

PJR Services have been providing a regular, professional cleaning and maintenance service to us for over 8 years and have been maintaining the grounds for over 10. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul and the team who have been on-hand to offer us extra assistance prior to events or who respond to our emergency call-outs for issues often outside of their remit. Our cleaning contract is regularly reviewed and revised where extra attention is needed and the team’s ‘can-do’ attitude and prompt response means we are very happy to recommend their services.

One Company, One Call

Established in 2003, PJR Services have many years experience in the commercial grounds maintenance sector.

After Studying at Writtle College and winning local ‘In Bloom’ competitions, the proprietor of PJR Services decided to create one company that would provide clients with an all year-round service.

PJR Services are based in Rayleigh and cover the whole of Essex, specialising in Grounds Maintenance, Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Services.

Over the years PJR have built up a very good reputation, having gained contracts with schools, local parish councils, nursing homes, retreat centres, office buildings, maintenance companies, estate agents and housing associations.

PJR Services are a fully insured company and pride themselves on a professional and reliable service. All staff are trained, DBS checked and wear company uniforms.

With their three services of Grounds Maintenance, Window Cleaning (using both traditional and pure water cleaning) and Pressure Washing, PJR aim to solve the problems which arise when using multiple companies to undertake different tasks. PJR Services believe that by their customers knowing they have one company and one person at the end of the phone to deal with, they can experience a much more efficient and personal service.
